Naoyuki Oi’s Saturday night interview with Sky Sports will go down as one of the most hilarious post-match interviews in history!
Oi was interviewed by presenter Tony Wrighton after booking his place in the quarter-finals of the World Pool Masters in Gibraltar over the weekend.But what was supposed to be a ‘normal’ interview turned into an hilarious affair.
Tony Wrighton asked the Japanese pool player a number of questions, and Oi’s responses were nothing short of hilarious.
The first answer showed just how excited Oi was about his win. "My name is Naoyuki Oi and I am very, very lucky. Congratulations me! Yay! English a little. No problem. Only so."
But the next answers where nothing close to the questions that were asked.
Oi went on to answer with any words that came to his mind, including “I have a pear. I have an apple.”
