This hilarious school answering machine message will leave you in stitches
Updated | By Poelano Malema
It's back to school next week, and for some schools, it means dealing with countless excuses from parents yet again.
Excuses for being absent, excuses for not finishing homework, excuses for being late to school, or worse, excuses from parents on why their child cannot fail a grade - regardless of how bad the child may have performed.
But, the Maroochydore High School's answering machine will address any sort of excuses that parents can come up with in a hilarious manner, you will be left in stitches.
A report on the story stated: "This came about because they implemented a policy requiring students and parents to be responsible for their children's absences and missing homework. The school and teachers are being sued by parents who want their children's failing grades changed to passing grades - even though those children were absent 15-30 times during the semester and did not complete enough school work to pass their classes."
Below are some of the options available on the answering machine:
To lie about why your child is absent, press one.
To make excuses on why your child did not do his homework, press two.
To complain about what we do, press three.
If you want us to raise your child, press six.
If you want to reach out and touch, slap or hit someone, press seven.
To request another teacher for the third time this year, press eight.
