Obstructive passenger headbutts, curses Russian flight crew
Updated | By The Workzone with Barney Simon
Aeroflot Airlines flight attendants had to defend themselves against an irate passenger while others just looked on.
Passengers on an Aeroflot Airlines flight from Moscow to Tel Aviv could do nothing but watch in silence as one man accused the flight attendants of stealing his phone and then began swearing at them.
Two flight attendants had to hold the man back as he continued his rant. One other flight attendant is seen attempting to reason with the man.
The man threatens to beat the flight attendant and attempts to headbutt him. The flight attendant manages to dodge the attempt while the angry man continues to swear at him.
The man asks the flight attendant where he has put his phone, and then says: "We'll meet up in Solnstevo." This has led news outlets to speculate that the man is a member of a famous Russian gang.
The man eventually becomes less physically violent, raising his hands in an apparent gesture of surrender. It is then that he revealed a phone in his hand - he had the "stolen" property in his possession the entire time.
The police were called and the end of the video shows the man continuing to resist even as he is taken away.
