Phone records incredible footage after dropping from plane
Who would have thought that the phone would record this?
A man accidentally dropped his phone out of a plane and he had no idea that his device would record the footage that it did.
The video below was uploaded to YouTube by Robert Ryan after his uncle had dropped his mobile device from his small aircraft after it had been hit by turbulence.
Blake, Robert's uncle, had been flying at about 3000 meters above the ground at the time the incident took place.
It took just 17 seconds for the phone to fall to Earth in the stunning clip. The footage captured the Earth below spinning out of vision before the phone lands upright in someone’s back garden.
A man working in his garden spotted the phone while he was trimming his hedge and racking leaves. Miraculously, the phone carried on recording, even after the fall.
