A group of women from Arizona, each over the age of 55, has been taking the parade circuit by storm as part of a dance troupe called the Sun City Poms.

The women are serious about their choreography, and they say performing with the troupe has wonderful benefits for their health.
The Sun City Poms put on around 40 public performances each year. They are fun and fit, and their performance record proves that cheerleading is not just for teens!
