Woman tired of waiting for Mr Right to marry herself
Most women dream of their wedding day – walking down the aisle in a white dress while Mr Right waits for you at the altar. But what happens when you can’t find Mr Right? You can marry yourself!
A woman from Rotherham, England is proving that having no partner doesn’t have to stop anyone from having their dream wedding.
Lynne Gollogly is planning to wed herself in April and she is going all out for the wedding. She is so serious that she has even planned her own honeymoon in Rome, Italy.
According to Mirror, Lynne, who will be turning 40 soon, is tired of waiting for Mr Right and has lost any interest in being in a relationship with anyone but herself.
But because she has always wanted a wedding, she will be doing it solo. “It’s always something I’ve wanted to do, and because ‘Mr. Right’ hasn’t turned up yet – I’m just going to go a head and get married without him. My family and friends know full well that I’m bonkers though, so this hasn’t come as a shock to them,” Lynne told Mirror.
Way to go, Lynne! We do hope she will live happily ever after!
