Mariah Carey recently shocked the world after revealing that she is only allowed to eat two foods a day. And if you thought the food was something juicy and nice, think again!
Mariah only has Norwegian salmon and capers every single day. Mhhh, we not sure how we feel about that?!
She revealed the diet to E! News. "It’s really hard. My diet, you would hate it. All you eat is Norwegian salmon and capers every day. That’s it," she said.
Mariah is not the only celebrity who has had to go on a crazy diet.
TV Presenter Dineo Moeketsi recently told Sowetan that she had to cut out alcohol, beer or cocktails and anything yummy from her diet in order to lose some weight.
And who can forget Madonna's air diet? In case you were wondering what an air diet is, it literally means inhaling the air that comes from the food that you prepared. Confusing?! In simply terms, if you were craving Macaroni and Cheese, you cook the Macaroni and Cheese, put it on your table and 'eat' the smoke from the food. That way, you fool your mind into thinking that you have eaten the food.
One can never talk about having a hot body and leave out the sexy Beyoncé. But to have that kind of body, Beyoncé had to go on some pretty hectic diets, including the liquid diet. This meant consuming only liquids.
